فيلكا لعبة كلها تجارة وحرب وتكتيك. هدفكم تكونون أول من يشتري 3 مناطق بحرية كويتية مثل: جزيرة بوبيان، كبّر، أم المرادم، وهم الخيران. عن طريق إنكم تجمعون سفن وتبنون أسطول وتتاجرون فيهم، وبنفس الوقت تخربون على خصمكم بإنكم تبوقون سفنهم وتعكرون عليهم اللعب أو تعلنون الحرب علبهم وتشوفون منو عنده الأسطول الأقوى. جمعوا الحطام واشتروا فيهم سنف، جمعوا سفن واشتروا فيهم مناطق بحرية، جمعوا هذي المناطق تفوزون باللعبة. 
لعبة فيها تخطيط، ذكاء ودهاء، تكوين صداقات غير دائمة، وبثواني تصير الحرب.

By collecting ships, building a fleet, and trading with them, and at the same time you are wreaking havoc on your opponent by sounding the horns of their ships, or declaring war on them and seeing who has the strongest fleet.
